Jane Butler I am a mother of five children and my interest in health and fitness started after my fifth child was born. I felt that my confidence in my body and myself were at rock bottom. After I exercised I found that my energy levels started to improve and so did my confidence. This kick started my career in the fitness industry as a fitness instructor teaching various classes.
At 40 I decided to try my hand at running, since that very first run (where I ended up sitting on the side of the road after 10mins, thinking I could never get, up let alone get myself home) I have completed several half marathons, two full marathons, 5k swimathons and lots of long distance cycling sportives.
So, in 2010 I decided to put all these disciplines together to complete the “Iron Man UK” having never done a single triathlon!!! It was a very proud moment crossing the finish line.
I then went on to have a go at indoor rowing, this also led to completing three 50k rowing challenges.
With over 25 years of experience I’ve learnt that enjoyment is the most important aspect of training…and, if I can do the above…anyone can!!!
So, whatever your current level of fitness, whatever your fitness dreams and aspirations are, get in touch as I’ll be able to help.
In 2016 I became qualified in sports massage and now provide a range of treatments to assist in muscular injury rehabilitation along side relaxing massage treatments.
