 Getting Started 

Before your first session we will meet for a consultation where we will discuss your goals, any medical conditions or injuries which we need to be aware of, and the times you would like to train. There is no obligation to commit to any session after the consultations if you decide that personal training is not for you. 
 
We believe that everyone is an individual, therefore your training sessions will be tailored according to the goals you want to achieve and your fitness levels. The fitness sessions will progress as your strength and fitness levels improve so we will be constantly challenging your body in new ways!
